Welcome to Joans B&B. In the exclusive suburb of Durban North, your hosts Joan and Rory offer a stay to remember for the business and social traveller. This luxurious home is ideally placed in a tranquil cul-de-sac surrounded by a tropical garden.
Each of the 7 cottages has its own entrance, separate from the main house, and most of the rooms have magnificent sea views. Positioned halfway between Durban's CBD and the village of Umhlanga, Joan's B&B, is convieniently situated with easy access to all sporting, beach and business facilities.
We guarentee you a professional environment, with all the "home" comforts and a warm hospitality. Breakfast is a fully comprehensive meal of cereals, fruit salad, juice, tea / coffee, scones / muffins pancakes, bacon, sausage, mushroon, tomato and eggs.
Ideally situated near 3 golf courses, Kingsmead cricket stadium, Absa Rugby/Soccer grounds and the Kingsmead swimming pool,Joan's B&B is in the heart of all sporting facilities. The nearest swimming beach is Umhlanga which is 5kms away, yet we are 1km from the sea.
