Amble along the banks of the Matai River from the bottom of the driveway or climb the Botanical Hill to the geographic Centre of New Zealand. Enjoy the panoramic views of Nelson and Tasman Bay. The more athletic will enjoy the unlimited walking, running and mountain biking, also from the bottom of the drive. Enjoy a game of golf at the Maitai Golf Links, 5 minutes up the river valley from Sunnybank.
