Blair, Rosie and Sophie the cat warmly welcome guests to Renmore House, an exclusive Bed and Breakfast accommodation set in a quiet cul-de-sac. Guests can enjoy the peace of country living within 5 minutes walking distance to the lake, shops, cafes, bars and numerous restaurants. Sounds of springfed creeks running through our garden create a peaceful ambiance for guests just kickback and relax. Blair and Rosie have traveled extensively and have a vast knowledge of the South Island in particular. They love to spend time with guests, planning activities and assisting with bookings, to ensure their stay in Wanaka is very special.

Traveling from West Coast or Cromwell on Hwy 6. Turn left at Caltex Garage onto Brownston Street. Take 3rd Street (Helwick Street) on left. Turn left again at next intersection Helwick and Upton Streets. Renmore House is first house on your right.
Traveling From Queenstown via Hwy 89 Turn right into Upton street. Renmore House is the 1st house on your right after the 4th intersection on Upton Street.
What to do in Wanaka

There are 4 ski fields, Treble Cone, Cardrona, the Snow Farm and Snow Park within 45 minutes drive from Wanaka that offer snow boarding, cross country, and downhill skiing and for the adventurous try Heli-skiing in the Harris Mountains. Following a short drive to Mt Aspiring National Park you can enjoy walking, rock climbing and mountaineering amongst some of the most spectacular scenery in the world.
Or if time is limited, experience the awe-inspiring, rugged grandeur of the spectacular Southern Alps while taking scenic flights to Milford Sound, Mt Cook, Mt Aspiring or the West Coast Glaciers from Wanaka Airport. While at the airport you can visit the Toy and Transport museums and the world famous Warbirds museum where airworthy WW11 fighters are displayed.In Easter 2010 the airshow Warbirds Over Wanaka will run for 3 days. For a big adrenaline fix, try free falling from 15,000 feet with Skydive Lake Wanaka to get unsurpassed views that will be captured on video for you to keep.
