Welcome to Leighton Lodge, a charming B & B (also offering self catering accommodation ) located in Opito Bay, on the beautiful Coromandel Peninsula of New Zealand.
Maire & Wally and their labrador dog "Kiri" enjoy the company of overseas and local travellers and invite you to share their piece of coastal paradise.
About us:
Our modern beach home provides a choice of accommodation facitlties. Our "Pacific Room" for B & B and our Self contained "Seahorse Suite"
The "Pacific Room"
A spacious room with queensize double bed and ensuite. This room enjoys magnificent views of the bay and Mercury Islands and the small balcony deck allows travellers a great spot for their "morning cuppa".
Seahorse Suite;
A delighful country themed self contained suite accommodating four persons that can be hired for either independent use or as Bed & Breakfast. The unit has a double bedroom ,separate toilet & shower and in the lounge/dining area a modern fold out double settee. A small but well equipped kitchenette provides for the independent traveller.
Guest Services;
A typical NZ breakfast is provided utilizing fresh seasonal fruit, cerals & home made bread served with tea or coffee - your choice. By prior arrangment a full three course evening meal can be provided and includes a complimentary bottle of NZ wine. Equally a packed lunch can be arranged for the energetic guest wishing to explore this beautiful beach and area.
Our property adjoins a large reserve and we have ample parking for up to two guest cars.
We are pleased to welcome you at any time, ,although generally later afternoon is usual and the check out time , unless by particular arrangement is about 10 am ish.

Pacific Room - from $160 per night / couple.
Seahorse Suite- $150 per night/couple ( $35 each additional person)
with B & B $160 per couple (breakfast $10 per additional person)
