Thanks for a great stay. Walking distance (though up a steep hill - good for the calves) to Speights Ale House. Great people and a nice and tidy B&B. Thanks for the wonderful night's stay.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Dunedin do not go past the Grandview B&B. The staff there make sure you are all well at home, and other than the fact they're not wearing classically inspired clothing you could almost swear you'd stepped back in time. They are able to highly recommend places to dine around town, all of which they've been to. As well as recommending any activities that you may wish to do around the place. The Grandview B&B really made our stay in Dunedin that much better and we would be more than happy to stay there in the future.

We were greeted very warmly. The visit was like being part of the family and very comfortable. Simon is a wealth of knowledge which was very helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to return to Dunedin and will certainly stay at the Grandview again
