This significant Devonport Historic home built in 1882 has been described as an English Gothic Mansion, the house is complete with high ceilings, and arches galore open onto sprawling verandahs that are perfect for whiling away sunny afternoons.
A new conservatory, in keeping with the style of the house, segues into the recently landscaped park like garden, redolent with the scent of wisteria, roses and lavender. The Williamson Homestead is on the North Shore list of places of historic and architectural interest. Earnscliff has a category 2 classification with The New Zealand Historic Places Trust. There are 2 cats on site and a no smoking policy inside house.
