DIRECTIONS -From the Airport:
SW Motorway into Auckland, exit at the Queenstown Road off-ramp. Turn right over the motorway. Follow Queenstown Road then Pah Road then Manukau Road. Turn right into Greenlane Road until the motorway interchange. Continue over the highway and take the 2nd left, St. Vincent Avenue. Cotter House at the second driveway on the right.

These activities do not impinge on other guests seeking a romantic break.

We are quite relaxed about the clock and have a very flexible approach to breakfast times. Check in time is from 3pm and check out time is 1pm unless pre-arranged.
