Clover Downs is a brick ranch-style home built in 1987. The property is luxurious, private and secluded with breathtaking panoramic rural & Lake Rotorua views.
The guest wing comprises the super-king/twin Governor's Suite, super-king/twin Gone Fishing Room, super-king/twin Rose Room and king-size Going Flying Room. All four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and open to outdoor decks with lake or farm views. Rural vistas to the lake can also be enjoyed from the private guest lounge.
