The Waldorf Newhaven Apartment complex is located approximately 15km South-East of the Auckland Central Business District, on Te Irirangi Drive in Botany Downs.
The complex is handy to the Southern Motorway and Eastern Arterial, easily accessible by car or regular public transport service, and a short 20 minute drive from Auckland International Airport.

The Botany Town Centre (New Zealand's largest regional shopping centre) and The Hub Shopping Centre are located within easy walking distance from the Waldorf Newhaven complex - offering an unlimited variety of retail, dining and entertainment experiences.

The modern industrial and commercial centre at East Tamaki is a few minutes drive from our door step. The business, residential and commercial centres of Manukau City, Pakuranga and Meadowlands are also within close proximity.

I have been relocated to the Auckland South area from overseas and require accommodation for my family for few weeks. We found Botany Downs Waldorf fdurnished apartments an ideal solution. The complex is modern,secured with great facilities such as pool, gum,Tennis Court, on site care taker, BBQ & children playground. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was modern, fully equipped (including Tel & high speed internet), clean and well looked after. This was a great accommodation bargain at about half the price of a nearby hotel quote. Very good

Great Botany Downs Town centre location, We stayed in a fully furnished & equipped 2 bedroom townhouse for 3 weeks.Very tidy, fully furnished, clean & spacious accommodation for our family of 5 . The complex facilties are great and include Gym,pool,Tennis court, BBQ & children play ground. Good & reasonably priced internet service free SKY TV. about 250 m from Botany Town Centre- good value!!!
