Hotel Eco Paraiso it's an ecological paradise and can literally be found at the end of the road. Bordered by an unspoiled beach that stretches forever, a dwarf palm plantation and an abundance of indigenous vegetation, the environment here has always taken precedent over profit, in this very special, luxuriously rustic hotel.

At present, we have 32 thatched cabañas, 24 junior suites with 2 four-poster double beds and 8 master suites with a king size bed, each with its own private verandah and en-suite bathroom.

Our latest additions:

An extremely large thatched, double-storey rondavel with sweeping views of the beach, golden sunsets and our pool area. Upstairs one will find Santuario, our fully stocked bar and lounge area, and downstairs, our pride and joy, Restaurant Xixim. The buildings dramatic thatched roof with the longest, straightest tree trunk supports, graphically canopy your occasion.

Our Wellness Center as a set of architectural human and natural elements: palapas and mangroves, buildings and coastal dunes, windows overlooking the emerald-green sea, open spaces yet of intimate dimensions, each and every one of them integrated in the following areas:

Hotel Eco Paraíso is an ecological project founded in 1996. The hotel occupies only 6% of the 25 hectares of Rancho Xixim, located in a small Península in the Celestún Biosphere Reserve, between the Gulf of Mexico and a drowned river valley called Ría de Celestún.

Sunshinewheat Couple United States Stayed: 05/07/2010 - 11/07/2010	10 Paradise! We enjoyed our stay at Eco Paraiso tremendously! Beautiful bungalows & great staff! We loved the coffee/sweet bread service to our window every morning. The road to get there is challenging after a rain storm but the seclusion we found at Eco Paraiso was worth it. Our only complaint would be the bugs.
Victoria2585 Couple	10 The most beautiful place I have ever been! We went there for our honeymoon and it was perfect! They organised our transfer to and from Merida airport (about 1 1/2hours by car). The bungalows are wonderful with great privacy, ample fans (no a/c) to keep cool at night, 2 great pools, right on the beach, superb food which is primarily traditional yucutan meals which were delicious and fresh. They give you filtered water which is fine to drink. All very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly and many of them spoke English (Which was great as we had no Spanish!) they organised 2 tours for us- night safari and a boat trip to see the flamingos. These were an absolute highlight of the trip as the guide spoke perfect English and was exceptionally knowledgable. We will definitely come back!

The food and restaurant are excellent and the addition of some great artworks made our stay truly memorable. yes, there are bugs but this is an environmentally friendly place, so with some repellent you can enjoy the pristine surroundings. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend Ecoparaiso.

El hotel es magnifico para escapar del bullicio y para estar tranquilo en contacto 100 % con la naturaleza, es realmente vigorizante escuchar los sonidos de la naturaleza entrar por tu puerta y oler el delicioso cafe que te dejan sigilosamente en la manana en tu cabana. Mis hijas aunque son pequenas de 3 y de 9 disfrutaron el hotel y el viaje que hicimos para ver a los flamingos en su habitat natural y los manglares fue increible, ademas uno puede meterse en un brote de agua dulce que se encuentra en los manglares, eso fue realmente bueno, ya que es muy caluroso en esta epoca 35 grados. El personal es super amable y dispuesto a ayudar. La unica desventaja que vi es que ahora se encuentra una parte en construccion por lo que los trabajadores hacen algo de ruido. Pero como uno no esta en la cabana todo el dia, ellos pasan inadvertidos. Si uno quiere cambiar un poco el sazon d

Luziergana Family Visit Mexico	10 Simplemente un Paraiso Turístico dentro de un Paraiso Natural. Una experiencia emocionante y a la vez relajante que comienza desde que llega uno al hotel. Nuestro recibimiento con una bebida fresca típica del Estado; la habitación, un acogedor búngalo con vista al mar, muy limpio y con un baño espectacular que te hace sentir que te estás bañando en una cascada entre la naturaleza; la playa de blanca arena y un mar tranquilo en gama de azules que son sobrevolados por aves de todo tipo, uno respira un aire de tranquilidad. Todo esto se complementa con la exquisita comida que nos prepararon en el Restaurante, las noches de juegos de mesa que pudimos disfrutar en su Sala de Estar, que también cuenta con una biblioteca, televisor (que ni se extraña), una mesa de billar y un ping pon; y con los maravillosos recorridos que ofrecen con gente del lugar experta en cada tema, una de ella Alex un experto en flamencos con él que vivimos una experiencia inolvidable de estas maravillosas aves.
