Villa Milani
Built in 1880, the Villa was the country residence of Giovanni Battista Milani, one of the most important exponents of the Rome architecture of the first years of the 20th century who enlarged and furnished according to the classical-Renaissance characteristics of the time, enriched by refined taste of the impassioned art.

Situated in a splendid position that dominates Spoleto and the wide Umbrian Valley, surrounded by 9 hectares of natural meadows and woods, in 2000 the Villa has been accurately restored by Giovanna Milani and Luigi Capobianchi and used as refined little hotel. With its eleven rooms furnished with precious period antiques, the peculiar rich lounge by eclectic style, the nice Italian garden with Roman and Renaissance period and the suggestive panoramic swimming pool with hydro-massage area inside, the Villa combines to the unchanged original characteristics, the comfort of a discreet and high quality hospitality.

Based only on fresh Umbrian products, extra-virgin olive oil from the Villa’s property, aromatic herbs from the “garden of testes”, homemade bread and fresh pasta, at exactly 8.30 pm every evening from May to September, the cuisine of Villa Milani proposes guests a fixed menu dinner with plates from the Umbrian tradition and vintage local wines.

The Exclusive Villa, with its atmosphere of uniqueness and discretion, is the ideal stage for Special Events, based on high quality / small number of guests like Top Management Meetings, Special Anniversaries and private Wedding Receiption.

Nature, Art, Culture and Traditions are the environments of the proposals suggested by Villa Milani in order to make more pleasant the stays of guests. Among small medieval villages that seem come out from the legend, towns rich of art and history, landscape by exuberant nature and evocative sceneries, Villa Milani is an ideal place for those who want to combine the warm atmosphere of an antique country house with the art and the culture of one of the most beautiful Regions of Italy.
