Hotel Blue Sky is situated in Glyfada which is considered to be the most prestigious and beautiful suburb of Athens. Along the Apollo Coast with population of 150.000 people, Glyfada has wonderful beaches, a first class shopping center, amazing night life and an 18 Hole Golf Course, all of which attract many people both from Greece and abroad.

Glyfada's distance from the center of Athens and the port of Pireus is 40-50 minutes with the public bus service and the tram. The Athens International Airport "E. Venizelos" is 30-40 minutes by bus.

Hotel Blue Sky is a family owned, recently renovated, two star hotel. It has 19 rooms and 36 beds. It's distance from the beach and from the center of Glyfada is 15 minutes walk, from the tram and bus stops 5 minutes walk, yet it is located in a very tranquil and beautiful neighborhood of the city.

It was a very pleasant stay in the hotel. The hotel is in a quiet location and environment. The room is nice and other facilities are working well. But the shower box is too small to take a convenient shower. For the first two days they did not change the towels, and then the third day they gave me new towels only when I requested.

Blue Sky is situated in a great location in Athens as it is very close to the shops, beach and nightlife. The good thing about Glyfada is that the location is a pretty and safe which would suit varied age groups. If you want to go into the centre of Athens to do some shopping the underground tram is only walking distance from Blue Sky. I was very happy with my stay at Blue Sky hotel as the staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, the location was safe, and the nightlife was fun.
