we had a lovely time at hotel europe the staff were very helpful and kind the room we were allocated was beautiful , the food was very good, and our waiter could not have been more helpful, we would recommend this hotel and we look forward to returning there oneday soon .

We stayed in your hotel in Lourdes.We had a lovely time and the management were lovely and helpful. The only complaint was the noise from the larger groups and the fact that on our last evening one of the groups was allowed to have a private meeting in the bar area and no other residents were allowed in this area.Surely another less public arae could have been found.
