Westwinds is a charming family managed guesthouse overlooking Galway Bay and ideally situated between Galway City centre and Salthills bustling family seaside resort.
Our opening times are limited to Bank Holiday weekends after Easter time and open for the entire months of July and August 2011
Our guesthouse is new and purpose-built opening in July 1997. All bedrooms have bathrooms en-suite with power showers, hairdryers, cable TV, tea/coffee making facility, private parking, an ironing facility is also available.
Westwinds Guesthouse is an ideal base for travellers wishing to explore our City and surrounding country. The Burren, Aran Islands and Connemara.
Ideally located for guests who would enjoy a quiet and peacefull stay. Ideal base for visiting the countryside and coastline.
Location
We are conveniently located only a 10 minute walk from the city centre and 5 minute walk to Salthill's seaside resort, the promenade is on our doorstep, ideal for a scenic walk at any time of day.
