Garnish House is a 4* RAC & AA Luxury Victorian Style Guesthouse, with 24/7 reception, located adjacent to University College Cork and a mere 8 minutes walk form the city centre.

On offer are a wide variety of individually styled rooms, self catering apartments and deluxe Jacuzzi rooms. All are richly decorated and characteristic of the personal attention and warm welcome every guest receives upon arrival – along with the by now legendary, homemade scones, fresh cakes and teas.

Garnish House itself has a choice of single, double, king-size, triple or family rooms; while sister property - Abbey Court House, directly opposite, offers 3 spacious family rooms, a sitting room with fireplace and TV, and a fully fitted kitchen - all just perfect for larger groups and family get-togethers. In all, Garnish House boasts 2 self-catering houses, 4* studios and suites/apartments and 20 bed and breakfast rooms, all of which are ensuite. Happily, parking is not a problem as Garnish house has more than adequate facilities for all its guests.

Breakfast at Garnish is definitely something special. The award winning gourmet menu is extensive with over 30 options and includes favourites like the traditional full Irish and a house speciality – freshly cooked oat porridge, smothered in cream and honey with a dash of either Irish whisky or baileys to taste as well as even a “fish of the day”. As with everything in Garnish House, the emphasis is upon personal attention and as such all tastes are catered for.
