Very good standard. stayed with my father in September 2010. Welcome very good and a real concern for his well being. He is mobile but this was all checked at the point of booking to make sure he could acces the rooms. Good standard and good breakfast. Helpful local advice in relation to places to eat. Also good links to the city via bus or the Dart. I would happily stay here again or recommend to friends. Interesting to note that the guests were as far a field as Italy and South Africa and all were people who had stayed there before. Margaret the owner was personable and helpful. Very clean and tidy some hotels fall short of this standard.
