Sunrise Holiday Home is a luxury, fully equipped privately owned house which is available for vacation rentals.
Our property is oceanfront with spectacular views of ocean, islands and mountains from all rooms.
4 bedrooms offer accommodation for up to 8 people. (sorry, no children under 16 years, no pets).
At the entrance level is a large living room with fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, a large master bedroom with a king size bed and sitting area; a small bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a
luxury bathroom with a double therapeutic tub, 2 showers ( rain- and adjustabled head), 2 basins and 2 toilets. A secured
sliding door leads to a sun deck with patio furniture and propane BBQ.
One half level down from the entrance floor is another large bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with shower, basin and
toilet.Another half level down is a large family room with a sliding door to a covered deck. This room has a wood burning stove,
cable TV and day beds.
Walk outside through a landscaped garden and down a stairway to a large stone paved patio and then steps down to the ocean.
The house is smoke-free and is available for your exclusive use. The vaulted ceilings throughout the living area give an amazing sense of space.It is ideal for group bookings as it offers holiday accommodation for couples, singles, reunions or corporate events.
