This two storey house accommodating up to 6 people is just 3 minutes walk from Tahuna beach, playgrounds, sportfield and cafes. Only the upper floor consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, study room, kitchen/dining, loungs and sunroom is for rent. It is in a quiet location with all day sun and big section with established garden. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge which opens onto a sunroom, lounge suite, warm cozy fire. Elevated property with partial sea views from upper floor. It is the perfect base to explore what Nelson has to offer.

One room for 1 or 2 persons
1st: 6m*3.5m with 2 double beds.
2nd: 4.2m*3.5m with 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
3rd: 3.5m*3.2m with 1 double bed.
Bathroom and kitchen with whole equipment
are shared with 3 rooms.
