A secluded Log house on 2 secluded heavily-forested (second growth) acres 10 minutes walk from the spectacular French Beach Provincial Park and its sand and gravel beach. Roam the property on our walking/jogging nature trails. Located 60km west of the City of Victoria. Near the start of the Juan de Fuca Marine Trail, China Beach Provincial Park, Kludahk Trail, and West Coast Trail.
Peaceful, quiet setting away from highway and traffic. Log Cabin Chalet is a self-catering log cabin vacation home with 2 floors. Upstairs bedroom has queen-sized bed and 3-piece bathroom. Downstairs has a small bedroom with double bed, 3-piece bathroom, full kitchen, folding double sofa bed, french doors to deck, woodstove. TV/VCR/DVD and cassette/CD player. Tours available for guided freshwater fishing (steelhead, rainbow, brown, cutthroat trout, dolly varden, and small-mouthed bass), canoe tours, wildlife and birdlife viewing, wilderness camping, hiking, old-growth tree viewing on southern Vancouver Island.
