The Harbourview Inn is a beautiful century-old B&B inn located in a tranquil area with a great view of the water, the Annapolis Basin. We offer 12 comfortably appointed rooms/suites...all with queen beds, private baths, full cable TV, telephones, coffee makers and many other features to ensure a comfortable stay. A full hot breakfast is included and is served in our Veranda Dining Room overlooking the many flower beds surrounding the Inn.
Our swimming pool, beach access and tennis court are located a short walk down a country lane from the Inn. In the area, there is a wide variety of native species of birds and there are two hiking trails that provide great locations for bird watching. Whale watching, deep sea fishing and golf are located in the area. Our staff would be glad to help you make arrangements. There is also a guest computer with internet access in the lobby and WIFI is available in all rooms.
We offer off-season rates from May 15th to June 20th and Sept. 20 to Oct. 15th. Winter rates are offered from Oct 15th until May 15th.

Hotel Policies:
Reservations
All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars, are based on two people occupying the room or suite, and include full breakfast. There is a charge of $20 for each additional person staying in the same suite. Please add 15% Sales Tax.
All of our rooms are non-smoking environments. We ask that our guests who wish to smoke, do so outside the Harbourview Inn. We provide ashtrays for your convenience.
PLEASE NOTE: Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we adhere to a strict policy.
To cancel or change a reservation, please give us at least 72 hours notice prior to check-in of 2:00 PM on the day of your arrival in order to avoid being charged for your room. No refunds will be given for an early departure. We highly recommend travel insurance.
At the time of making a reservation, we require a deposit of $25 per day of your stay. This deposit, minus a $10 transaction fee, is refundable as long as the reservation is cancelled at least seven days prior to check-in time.
