Nestled in a country garden in the spectacular Exploits Valley, Brookdale Country Inn lies in the "wild and free" heart of Newfoundland and Labrador. Located in Bishop's Falls, just off the highway in the centre of the island portion of the province, Brookdale Country Inn is the perfect site from which to explore the secrets of our island home.

Just minutes away, 15,000 year old icebergs from the north meet North America's largest concentration of Humpback whales migrating from the south. Come experience our dramatic coastal shores where there are landscapes not found anywhere else in the world. Island complexes, sea stacks, eroded cliffs and spectacular beaches are all within your grasp.

Experience local culture and tradition by taking in some of the numerous festivals, concerts and theatres; visit our heritage centers and museums to learn of our rich history; photograph all types of wildlife (even an exact scale sculpture of a Giant Squid - the largest scuplure of its kind in the world!)

Visit us in winter and we'll take you on a snowmobile tour of the area so you can have a real winter-wonderland experience. Bring a friend, bring the whole family. Let Brookdale Country Inn help make your trip to Newfoundland the adventure you've always wanted. We're your all-season link to the adventure of a lifetime!

Wow, what a hide away. Super clean, nice pool, great accommodations, near the highway. Our first visit, we will come back. Very reasonable rates. Nice small town. Had a chance to visit with the owner and swap some stories, and pet his beautiful horses. Wish we had more time, touring the island and this was our mid way point west. Maybe someday we can breakaway from our hectic world and come back and relax. Ed from Niagara Falls, NY. Don’t miss this stop, relax and jump into the pool.

Excellent host! Terrific accommodations! We just happened to stop here "on our way through" and we plan on returning again to visit this lovely spot again in the near future, and a stay here is most certain. Very warm atmosphere, beautiful spot. Great location. Thanks again!

This was our 2nd stay here, and we can't say enough great things about this place! It's SOOOO relaxing, so peaceful, so family oriented, but would also make a GREAT "romantic" getaway too. The owners are just the nicest people in the world, and go out of their way to make your stay WONDERFUL! Super CLEAN, and excellent food. Can't wait to stay here again!

There is a warm caring feeling when you stay at the Inn. The rooms are clean, The kitchen is supplied with all needs for breakfast. The surrounding grounds are well taken care off, the only thing that wasn't up to my satisfaction was the heated pool, it wasn't warm enough.
