Founded in 1989, Blackfish Lodge is a charming fly-in or boat-in floating fishing lodge. We are located in Canada near the east coast of Vancouver Island about 200 miles (350 kilometers) northwest of Vancouver, BC. Combining the best of a British Columbia salmon fishing lodge, fly fishing lodge, and the ability to utilize spinning and casting techniques means fishing opportunies for all skill and experience levels. When you reserve your guided fishing trip with us there are no pre-set fishing hours. We fish as conditions and your preferences guide us. Personal service is assured by the limited number of guests that we take--a maximum of six . Individuals, groups of friends, business groups, and families are welcomed. Accessible by boat or floatplane,only, Blackfish Lodge is truly a place of seclusion, quiet, and contemplation.
