Swansea Cottages Award winning accommodation on Tasmania’s Central East Coast. Choose from beautifully appointed, air conditioned self rated four star heritage styled, centrally located, suites in Sherbourne Lodge or fully self contained accommodation with 1,2 & 3 bedroom cottages and apartments accommodation. Some have a two person Romantic Spa. All are in a picturesque village setting amidst expansive and fragrant cottage gardens.
Family suites can accommodate up to 4 persons, double suites 2 persons. 2 bedroom cottages up tp 5-8 persons and 3 bedroom attic spa cottage 7 persons.
All accommodation is air conditioned and contain large LCD televisions.WiFi is available throughout the entire property.
Swansea Cottages accommodation is located in the historic seaside town of Swansea, Tasmania(c1821), adjacent the main beach, 30 minutes from Freycinet National Park and just over 90 minutes from Hobart and Launceston. From Swansea, the towns of Bicheno, Coles Bay, St Helens, Port Arthur, Richmond, Triabunna, Local Wineries and the ferry to Maria Island National Park are close by.
With beach and tennis courts adjacent (no roads to cross), stroll to shops, a diverse range of exciting and enticing restaurants and attractions including the award winning Swansea Barkmill Museum, Cafe/Bakery and Tavern (50m) , Gallery 19, the acclaimed Bear Cottage Craft Shop and the world renowned Kate’s Berry Farm.
Whether beach combing, sunbaking on our many pristine beaches, fishing, viewing Shearwater and Fairy Penguins come ashore each evening, cycling (yes we also have bicycles available) be as active or passive as you wish. With so much to see and do be sure to allow enough time to experience and enjoy all that this beautiful East Coast of Tasmania has to offer from the comfort of your suite or cottage at Swansea Cottages.

Reservations
To make a reservation please book online. A deposit equal to the first nights accommodation charge will be payable within 7 days.
Once received, a reservation confirmation will be forwarded.
Accommodation Changes
Accommodation changes can be made at any time subject to availability.
There is no cost for the first change/amendment. Subsequent amendments are at $60 per change to cover administration costs.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days prior to arrival. Under 14 days there is no refund of accommodation payments made.
